Who we are

Go Tickets is part of Gather and Glow Events, Unit 27, Basepoint, Aerodrome Road, Gosport, PO13 0FQ. We are the data controller for personal data collected on this site. Contact us at hello@gather-and-glow.com.

What we collect

• Your name and email address when you buy tickets.
• Order details: tickets bought, amounts paid, discount codes used.
• Ticket scan records (when and whether a ticket was used at entry).
• Account details for organisers and staff who sign in.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Why we use it

To process your order, send your tickets and QR codes by email, check tickets at the event, handle refunds, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our legal basis is performance of a contract and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run the site: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage only: to keep organisers and staff signed in, to remember your cookie choice, and Stripe's cookies on its payment page to prevent fraud. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
